Gavin ran a in person men’s program that helped men become better husbands, fathers, sons, and leaders while training for their first ‘pro-like’ boxing match. It was a masculinity and mens personal development program that saw the results of families and marriages restored, men recover from addictions, find vision, purpose and aliveness again whilst getting into the best shape physically.

When COVID forced the gym to close, two men on the waitlist tragically took their lives. Gavin was devastated and determined to make sure it never happened again, so we urgently moved the program online.

We launched from his shed with no systems, no onboarding, and unfinished content — and that first month we collected over $100K. That proved that this model could allow from him to serve far more men. I threw myself into building the backend, onboarding flows, and customer experience with long hours, endless YouTube, and stubborn determination.
