In 2022 my dad launched a men's coaching program. May dad (one of my heroes) had an in person program mens program yet there were so many more men that wanted and needed his help in other parts of the country.
He launched the online offer and within the first 30 days he cash collected 100K yet he had not even filmed the course and organised any operations from the back end. No welcome email, the course not yet built, no nothing. Just a great funnel and power motive to help people.

That's where I stepped in.

There was so much momentum pulling the business that I just spent day and night youtubing, buying mini courses and through trial and error over the next 2 years we built that business to a 7 figure business with high retention, incredibly satisfied customers, many of which completely changed the trajectory of their life as a result of showing up and completing the work in the program !!

2 years in, I was talking to my brother (who at the time had a marketing agency for coaches) and he expressed how much all the successful coaches he knew needed a ‘Janai’ and to have all the systems that I had created and integrated for my dads business!
That's when I started Monday. A business management agency for coaches!! This was in 2023, we knew of no one offering this service at the time….

Within the week I had my first 3 clients and a team member .
I was obsessed with the organisation and operational side.
Partnering with people that had a strong conviction to bring true transformation.
